Timeless & Intimate SoCal Wedding at Westlake Village Inn
Wedding in Southern California
Tara & Sherwin
A Message from the Bride
Describe your experience with finding your wedding gown: I knew exactly what I wanted, all I had to figure out was how to bring it to life!
I looked at all the high end brands, but found nothing that was “THEE DRESS” for me.
I was so lucky that someone referred me to Simin Couture because she really made my dream dress come to life!
Tara tells us “ to meet my husband to be at the end of the aisle and to exchange our vows!”
And our groom told us “to make it official and to spend the rest of my life with her!”
There is something about a happy bride, with this whole new beautiful life ahead of her that makes the day so special to capture.
Tara’s custom gown was just so flawless in all ways possible, she shined in it all day and night.
When it comes to wedding venues, it is important to find somewhere that feels special to the both of you, as this will be the place you become one.
The bond that is shared with the two of them is so special, they beam with sheer joy at all times.
What a dream it is to be able to host your wedding at such a beautiful venue like Westlake VIllage Inn.
There are very few moments in life that feel this good, and we were lucky to have shared it with our newlyweds.
Tara tells us “my husband has an amazing gift of making me feel like the most special and only woman in the world” how sweet is that?!
The wedding ceremony was set in Westlake Village Inn, and we were lucky the sun was in our favor, not too warm and not too chilly. It was a magical day!
Being able to share our vows with one another in front of our closest family and friends, was more than we could ever have dreamed of.
Describe the moment he proposed: It was an intimate moment, around our families followed by a touching speech when Sherwin asked for my hand in marriage and planned our engagement shoot with Rene’s amazing team to follow.
What are your favorite moments of your wedding day? The photo sessions was definitely a huge part of our favorite moments, and we also loved exchanging our vows during the ceremony.
The hardest part about planning a wedding during the pandemic was the uncertainty, but we are so blessed to have had the day of our dreams safely and full of so much love.
Everything worked out like it was supposed to, and to be honest we would not have it any other way.
Our florist, Dolce Fiore did an amazing job being so flexible and helping create the most romantic ambiance.
We were very lucky to have a great team of vendors, from Rene Zadori to our DJ, and everyone in between to help bring the magic alive.
Believe it or out, we planned all the details in less than two months!
Any advice you have about wedding planning? We recommend finding as much inspiration with photos and videos of your desired theme and add your own touch to it.
