Describe your experience with finding the perfect location for your PreWedding Session: We knew that we wanted something timeless and classic, but also wanted something outdoors with a lot of natural sunlight. When we discovered the ever so historic Pasadena History Museum, we knew we had found out match.

There are so many locations in the Los Angeles area to choose from, so take your time finding one that you connect with. If a location has a permit fee that is a little more than you expected to pay, just get it if you truly think that place is right for you. But the most important things you consider is that you come well rested, in a good mood (if not Rene will help you get into one haha), and book your session at the right time so you get a chance to shoot during magic hour with Rene - lighting is very important. What we liked most about the venue was that it provided a perfect combination of the two styles we were going for - lush beautiful garden vibes with a chic mansion to give it an edge.

What are your recommendations/tips for couples during their PreWedding Session? Honestly, make sure to HAVE SOME FUN, and enjoy the time with each other. Being engaged is such a special time and when you have our PreWedding Session, you are one step closer to being husband & wife - just take some time to think back to how long you've been waiting for this time to come.

Something that a lot of people probably will tell you (that you may ignore) is to coordinate outfits early. I highly recommend figuring this out early with your significant other and don't wait until the last second!

Also, as soon as you book your session date with Rene and his team, make sure you call your glam squad soon after. It's a great opportunity for you to work with the glam squad that will be with you on your wedding.

Describe the moment he proposed: Of course, it was magical and exciting. We had been together for a long (long!) time when he proposed, so we were both so excited to begin a new chapter of our lives together.

Interesting/fun facts about the couple or session: We’re high school sweethearts! Truly can't wait until we start our new journey together as husband and wife.
